In-stock Products

  • Loaded 4X4 Suspension Kits - There is a lead time of around 14 days on our suspension kits. If you need your kit urgently it would be best to contact us prior to purchasing so that we can confirm timing. Suspension kits are made up of a number of parts that we source locally (springs for example) and supply issues can impact the time it takes to build your kit. We can ship suspension kits that don't include leaf springs free of charge to residential addresses, business addresses or your nearest Big Post affiliated depot. Suspension kits that do include leaf springs can only be shipped to a business address or your nearest Big Post affiliated depot. There is a $40 surcharge for shipping kits to some more remote locations. Lift kits sent to residential addresses may be shipped in up to three separate consignments. 

  • Pacemaker King Brown Exhausts - If it's in stock at Pacemaker, your exhaust system will ship directly to you from Pacemaker, within 2 to 4 days. As of early 2023 we are finding that most systems are in stock. On the rare occasions that the system you want isn't immediately available, it would likely only be a week or so away from being manufactured and ready for shipment. Feel free to check with us before purchasing.

  • CSA Alloy Wheels - The listed prices for freight of CSA wheel products are to business addresses only. If you provide a residential address at checkout the wheels will be shipped to the TNT depot closest to your address, and will need to be collected by you. If the wheel you want is shown as in stock, it will ship directly to you from one of CSA's Australian warehouses, within 2 to 4 days. As of early 2023, the vast majority of CSA wheels are in our experience in stock.

  • Milford Products - As of early 2023, we are finding that most Milford products are in stock and immediately available. Some of the more popular items, like their Ult!mate range of towbars, will sell out quite quickly as each new manufacturing batch comes through, so if you need your new towbar urgently, it would be worth touching base with us before ordering.

  • Deliveries will be made during business hours, Monday to Friday.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete. If your item is returned to us because of an error with the delivery address, a re-delivery charge will be applied.
  • Most items, once out for delivery, will take 2-10 days to arrive depending on the delivery location.

Pre-Order Products

Some products in our store are available to pre-order, usually items that are made to order or that are out-of-stock but with future availability confirmed.

The above delivery expectations for in-stock products can be applied to pre-ordered products as soon as they become available, and we'll keep you updated regarding that process.
